Pubic Hearing to take place on April 19

We are pleased to inform you that Council has scheduled a Public Hearing to receive input on the Official Community Plan for Wednesday, April 19 at 6 pm, to be held in Council Chambers located at 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road.

We greatly appreciate the input received during the early phases of this project and welcome any further comments on the final draft OCP. If you would like to provide comments, please submit them before noon on April 19th. Early submissions in advance of the public hearing date are appreciated.

HOW TO PROVIDE INPUT:

• Email or mail-in comments: Your comments must be received by noon on April 19 and will be submitted to Council. Email: municipalhall@csaanich.ca
• Attend the Public Hearing in person and speak to Council
• Attend Virtually: To register to speak via electronic meeting, email municipalhall@csaanich.ca or call 250-652-4444 by noon on April 19 and you will be sent instructions on how to connect electronically to the meeting.
